College of Education and Legal Studies Nguru, formerly Atiku Abubakar College of Legal and Islamic Studies Nguru, was established in the year 2000. The law establishing the College (YBS Edict No. 6 of 1999, amended 2016 and 2020) gives the College mandate to offer course of study, training and (or) research leading to the award of Diploma and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE). Currently, the College offers 20 NCE and 10 Diploma programmes in Sciences, Art and Social Sciences, Education, Law and Management Studies.

The College strives to create a dynamic, favourable and conducive atmosphere for teaching, learning and dissemination of knowledge, in order to produce intelligent and experienced students that are fit to face future challenges and contribute meaningfully to the development our dear nation.   • Provide the required information and print application acknowledgement slip.
