This is to inform all successful candidates admitted into National Diploma in  Nursing Sciences (ND/HND) Programme at Kasimu Kofar Bai Katsina and Nana Babajo, Malumfashi CONSKAT Satellite Campuses that ONLINE Registration will commence on Monday, 20th November, 2023 and ends on Friday 1^st  December, 2023.

Documentation Requirements for Registration

Admitted candidates must present the following documents at the satellite campuses:

1. Biodata Printout.
2. Course Registration Form.
3. Payment Slip.
4. Acceptance Form.
5. ID Card Form.
6. Library Form.
7. Undertaking Letter.
8. Guarantor’s Form.
9. Medical Examination Form.
10. Six Passport Photographs in programme uniform.
11. Acknowledgement Card.
12. SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result.
13. Secondary School Testimonial.
14. Primary Certificate.
15. Primary School Testimonial.
16. Indigene Letter.
17. Hostel Fee Payment Slip (if applicable).
18. Hostel Allocation Form (if applicable).
19. Result Scratch Card(s).
20. One A4 Rim Paper.

Important Deadlines and Start Dates

• Registration Deadline: Candidates must complete their registration by Friday, 1st December 2023. Failure to register within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of admission.
• Commencement of Lectures: Lectures are scheduled to begin on Monday, 4th December 2023.
