Immediately after the creation of Yobe State, the then nascent Yobe State Government appreciated the need to improve the conditions and quality of education, particularly technical education, in the state. In consonance with this thinking, a decision was taken towards the end of 1992 to establish a Yobe State Polytechnic in Damaturu, the State Capital.

While necessary facilities and personnel were being put in place for the take-off of the State Polytechnic, the Federal Government notified the State Government of its decision to establish a Federal Polytechnic in Damaturu.

We are please to inform the general public especially prospective students of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu that the school management has released the Federal Poly Damaturu cut off mark for the 2022/2023 academic session. This is both the Federal Poly Damaturu departmental cut-off mark and Federal Poly Damaturu JAMB cut off mark.

The school management wish to inform the general public especially aspirants of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, that Federal Poly Damaturu JAMB cut-off mark for 2023/2024 academic session is 120.
This means that all 2023 JAMB candidates who scored 120 and above are eligible to buy Federal Poly Damaturu Post UTME form. Below are the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu departmental cut off Marks for this academic year.
