Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic (HAFEDPOLY) is located in Kazaure, Jigawa State, Nigeria. It was founded in December 1991 as Jigawa State Polytechnic, with four colleges in different locations.

This is to inform the general public and prospective students of the Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic that the school management has reopened the 2023/2024 Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic Post-UTME registration portal. Only students who scored the required JAMB cut off mark for Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic are eligible to apply for admission.

How Much is Federal Poly Hussaini Adamu Post UTME Form

The management of Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic with approval from the senate committee on admission has pegged two thousand naira (2000) as the price for the 2023/2024 post utme form. Candidates are also advised to take note of bank charges which is not included in the cost for the post UTME form.

Eligibility for Federal Poly Hussaini Adamu Post UTME Form

1.  Candidates who wrote the 2022 UTME and scored 180 and above.
2.  Candidates who chose Hussaini Adamu Federal and those who did not but wish to change to Hussaini Adamu Federal can also apply so long as they have changed their institution and course to HAFED polytechnic.
3.  Candidates must possess Five (5) O/L Credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates for the Screening exercise are required to come with the original copies of the following:

1. JAMB Result Slip
2. O/L Result
3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
4. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
5. The Application Form (Photocopy) and Bursary receipt
6. Birth Certificate
