The Federal University, Dutsin-ma is located in Dutsin-ma Local government Area of Katsina State, which is located in the North-Western region of Nigeria, bordering Niger Republic, Kaduna, Kano and Jigawa States.

The establishment of the Federal University Dutsin-ma along with eight other Federal Universities, is in line with the Federal Government of Nigeria’s determination to run a technology driven economy with the aim of achieving the vision 20:2020, to further improve the nation’s knowledge base and expand access to education, which is a defining factor in the establishment of institutions of learning in Nigeria.

This is to inform the general public especially those willing to further their education at Federal University, Dutsin-Ma, and those that choose the institution as their first preference choice in the concluded JAMB Exam, that the FUDMA Post UTME form for the 2022/2023 academic session is currently on sale.

The institution is using this medium to inform such candidates to upload their required information for the Screening Exercise on Federal University, Dutsin-Ma admission portal https://fudutsinma.edu.ng/

FUDMA Post UTME Eligibility Requirements

1) JAMB Cut Off Mark: Candidates must score a minimum of 160 and above in the 2022 UTME and must have selected Federal University, Dutsin-Ma as their first choice of Institution in their 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination registration exercise.

2) Candidates who did not choose FUDMA as their first choice institution, but wish to study in the institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for FUDMA Post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Federal University, Dutsin-Ma on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.

3) O’Level Requirements: Candidate must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent. The subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics (for courses for which a credit in mathematics is required) as well as three other relevant subjects (four if excluding mathematics); at not more than two sittings.

4) DE Requirement: Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have at least lower credit at National Diploma and a minimum of nine (9) points at NCE and a minimum of overall score of six (6) points (with at least one point in all the courses taken) at IJMB.

How to Apply for FUDMA Post UTME Form Online

To apply for FUDMA post UTME form online, candidates must adhere strictly to the following guidelines:

All suitably qualified candidates are required to visit FUDMA’s portal on http://portal.fudutsinma.edu.ng/admissions to register for the screening, then proceed to make a payment of two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only for Post-UTME screening using the payment procedure highlighted below.

a) For payment, candidates are to visit www.remita.net and:-

• Click on the ‘Pay FGN and State TSA’ which provides a pop-up menu.
• Click on ‘Federal Government of Nigeira’ to proceed to the next step.
• On the ‘Name of MDA’ box type FEDERAL UNIVERSITY DUTSINMA
• On the ‘Name of Service/Purpose’, click on the drop box and select ‘Post UTME Screening Fee’ option.
• Fill in the other fields as necessary and required. Ensure to input the correct Transaction ID generated from the University Portal in the field labelled ‘Portal Transaction ID’
• Complete the form and print. Proceed to any of the commercial banks and make payments through remita OR pay electronically through any of the payment options provided on the remita platform.

b) After payments, candidates are advised to come along with the evidence of payment from the bank for presentation to the University on the date of the screening exercise. Other items to come along with are;

• Photocopy of the printout of JAMB notification of result (UTME only)
• Photocopy of JAMB Registration Slip (DE only)

Note: Candidates without the above items will not be allowed to participate in the screening exercise.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Bank draft and cash payment will not be accepted
2. Bags will not be allowed on campus beyond the security check point at the gate.
