FUPRE Post UTME Form

The Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) in Delta State, Nigeria was established and approved during the Federal Executive Council meeting of 14 March 2007 and admitted its first set of undergraduates in 2008.

The university was established under the Federal Government of Nigeria initiative, to build a specialized university in the Niger Delta to produce manpower and expertise for the oil and gas sector.

The National Universities Commission (NUC) approved sharing of facilities between the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun and Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun until it moved to its permanent site on development of its main campus at Ugbomro, Uvwie Local Government Area Delta State, in 2010.

Requirement for FUPRE Post UTME.

• Candidates who made the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun their Choice in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and had a total score of 180 and above are eligible to take part in FUPRE Post UTME Screening Exercise.
• Candidates who have five (5) O’ Level credits at one or two sittings (including English Language and Mathematics) or, are awaiting results which shall be released before the completion of the admission exercise can apply.

How to Apply for FUPRE Post UTME Form

Qualified applicants are to navigate to www.fupre.edu.ng and pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only as Screening fee.

To apply, click on the “2022/2023 Post-UTME Admission Screening Application” link and follow the registration instructions on the website.

All candidates are required to bring along the following items along to the screening venue:

1. Remita printout indicating payment of the non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only as Screening Fee.
2. A copy of their on-line registration form printed in colour and three (3) photocopies
3. Three (3) copies of JAMB UTME notification of results
4. Four copies of the same passport used for the online registration with your name written at the back
5. An HB pencils and other writing materials.
