Application Guidelines

• Click on New Application from the top menu to Create an Account
• Fill in your correct personal details, and click on Create Account button
• An account will be created for you, using your provided email address and password
• Application Transaction ID will be generated instantly
• Make payment to any of the approved banks using your Transaction ID, and collect your PIN from the bank
• Click on Continue Application to login using your credentials
• Enter your PIN to activate your application
• Upload your passport photograph

• Click on Registration from the top menu to do your student registration
• Use your email and password used for application to login for Registration

Requirement for HUKPOLY Post UTME Screening Form 2023/2024

1. To qualify for admission into HUKPOLY undergraduate programmes, prospective candidates must have sat for the 2022 UTME, irrespective of whether or not the candidates chose HUKPOLY as their first choice of institution. However, candidates who did not choose HUKPOLY as their first choice of institution are to effect change of institution on JAMB website. The required minimum UTME score.
2. Furthermore, DIRECT ENTRY candidates, who possess any of A/levels, NCE, ND, HND, Degree certificates in relevant subjects/disciplines are also qualified to apply.
3. Score up to the minimum cut off mark of 130 and above.

How to Apply for HUKPOLY Post UTME Screening Form

Step 1 – Log on to portal.hukpoly.edu.ng

Step 2 – Click on UTME Application

Step 3 – Initialize your UTME Account by supplying your JAMB Registration Number as Username and your JAMB Score as Password then click on Initialize UTME Account.

Step 4 – In the next screen, provide a functional Email and Mobile number, as you will be communicated through these medium, change your password as well.

Step 5 – Make payment using your ATM card by selecting Pay with eTranzact WebConnect.

Step 6 – After payment, Continue with your Application using Continue UTME Application section.

Step 7 – Provide all other necessary information then print your application form and payment receipt.

Step 8 – Visit Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic with your original credentials and the printed form for screening.

Note: Make sure you uploaded your O’level result in the JAMB portal and attached photocopy of your credentials (Birth Certificate, Local Govt. Certificate, Results etc) to the printed form.
