The Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, originally the Federal University ofAgriculture, is a federal university in Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria was established as a specialized University by a Federal Government of Nigeria Decree No 48 of November 1992.

It began formal activities in May 1993 with the appointment of the first Council and Vice-Chancellor Professor Placid C. Njoku on 27 May 1993, while other key officials of the University were appointed later.

The first set of students were admitted into the institution during the 1993/94 academic year with a student population of 82.

This is to inform the general public that the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Post UTME Form for the 2022/2023 academic session is not yet out.

Requirement for MOUAU Post UTME.

  • Interested candidates must have made the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture their 1st Choice in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME),
  •  He or She must a minimum score of 180 to qualify for the screening exercise.

How to Apply for MOUAU Post UTME.

Interested candidates are to visit the University Website at www.mouau.edu.ng and click on the 2022/2023 Admission Screening banner after which they will be required to enter a valid email address and JAMB Registration number for records purposes.

This will leads the candidate to the Remita payment platform where an RRR number is generated for the payment of N2000.00. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or by taking your RRR number to any bank nationwide and deposit cash.

After payment, the candidate must return to the website and register by filling an online Application form and selecting the proposed Department and other requisite details.

Candidates are also required to input their O’Level qualifying details for WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results obtained in not more than two sittings, Type of Exam, Year of Result, Scratch card details (PIN and Serial Number on the card).
