NPC E-Birth Recruitment 2023/2024 is now open | National Population Commission Birth Registration Recruitment | National Population Commission E-Birth Adhoc Staff recruitment – The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), the National Population Commission (NPC), and UNICEF announced on Wednesday a new partnership aimed at enhancing birth registration in Nigeria.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the National Population Commission (NPC) have enlisted the support of NYSC for the registration of 12.7 million births in 2023, including the issuance of birth certificates that provide the names and nationality ofevery child in Nigeria that is under the age of 5, in 21 states in 456 LGAs and 4,978 wards across the country.

The UNICEF Chief of Child Protection, Dr. Ibrahim Sesay, stated this when he led a team of officials of the agency and the National Population Commission (NPC) to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the NYSC at the National Directorate Headquarters in Abuja. He said 800 Corps members would be enlisted for the exercise and would work alongside the National Population Commission officials.

Eligibility & E-Birth Application Requirement

  • Applicant must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN).(NIN) can only be used once to assess the assessment test
  • Applicant must write and pass an assessment test.
  • Be informed that you can not take the assessment test more than once.
  • Applicant must use a device with a camera
  • Applicant’s bank details must be the same as the details that will be collected from his/her NIN
  • Applicant must have a valid educational certificate
  • Applicant must have a valid gmail account
  • Applicant must score 50% and above on the assessment test.
  • Valid Bank Account Number(only commercial banks are accepted.)
  • Applicant must have a valid phone number
