Ondo State University of Science and Technology also known as OSUSTech but now renamed the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa is a state owned university located in Okitipupa in the Southern Senatorial District of Ondo State, Nigeria. The university emerged 9th in the National University Commission (NUC) ranking as one of the best 10 state-owned universities in Nigeria in 2021.

OSUSTECH was established in 2008 by the Ondo State Government under the leadership of Dr. Olusegun Agagu. The university commenced academic activities in January 2011, and currently offers various programmes of study under the Faculty of Science. In 2017, two new faculties were introduced, which include: 1. Faculty of Agriculture & Agricultural Technology; 2. Faculty of Engineering and Engineering Technology.

The university was renamed after the late Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Agagu in 2020 in recognition of his immense role in the establishment of the institution.

The university has been officially approved and recognized by the National Universities commission.

Requirements For OSUSTECH Post UTME Screening 2023/2024

The following are the requirements to be met before candidates can be eligible for the OSUSTECH post UTME screening form.

1. All UTME candidates who scored 160 and above in the just concluded 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (JAMB-UTME).
2. All Direct Entry Candidates who made OSUSTECH their first choice
3. Candidate Must be 16 years old
4. Candidate must have at least an O’level Credit pass in 5 different subjects (Including English language and mathematics). In this case, the O’level result could be WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB or any equivalent.
5. Candidate’s O’level result must not be more than two sittings.

1. Candidates should log on to the University’s admission screening portal https://putme.oaustech.edu.ng/ with VALID JAMB Registration Number to Create Account and make payment on the Platform.
2. Please note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full Names (as it is on JAMB Slip) should be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
3. Candidates are to obtain a print-out containing the Transaction ID upon payment of ₦2,000.00 only.
4. After successful payment, candidates are automatically redirected to the University portal to complete their Data Form online.
5. Candidates are advised to check the Admission Screening portal regularly to check the date of their POST UTME Exam Schedule.

The management of the Ondo State University Of Science And Technology (OSUSTECH) has announced 5th October 2022 as the latest closing date for the 2022/2023 OSUSTECH Post UTME online registration/screening.

This means OSUSTECH Screening Application Portal will be shut down on the 5th October 2022. Intersted candidates are advised to complete their registration processes before the date of closure.
