An unexpected error occurred at the point where I was supposed to start the test (immediately after I clicked start), I tried logging back in but I couldn’t, till I was told the site is under maintenance. only for me to try taking the test today and I’m being told I’ve taken the test once and cannot take it again. What can I do about it please because I have not taken it? The questions haven’t were yet to be displayed before the error message popped up.
In my case, I managed to answer just question one, I tried clicking on the next button, but one Java code popped up and disconnected me, when I tried to click again I saw “you have completed your test and can’t retake it”.🥺

After logging into the website and I started the test after answering like four question the website log me out, can I take the test again?
Its not even letting me try again. It’s saying i can’t try again. Meanwhile i answered only question1 and clicked on next question and it immediately showed the error msg. And logged me out immediately. I tried to go in again and it keeps saying i hv already taken the test that i can’t take it again. Please wat do i do?
