This is to inform all the students of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) the management of the institution has announced the resumption date for the continuation of academic activities for the 2nd semester, 2020/2021 academic session.

UNIMAID Resumption Date

Staff, students, and members of the general public are thus notified that the Senate of the University of Maiduguri, at a Special Meeting held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, has directed that academic activities resume on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the University of Maiduguri.

As a result of this development, the management strongly advises students to return to the University on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, as academic activities, including tests and General Studies Examinations, will begin on Monday, November 7, 2022.

The administration wishes all students a safe return to the University and a good Second Semester 2020/2021 Academic Session.
