In a bid to curb the menace of extortion faced by students at the hands of cybercafé operators in the university’s vicinity, the University Management has mandated all newly admitted students, be it Year One or Direct Entry, to finalise their online registration exclusively at the University ICT Centre.
This decision, starting from the 2023/2024 academic session, aims to streamline the registration process, ensuring transparency, and providing a hassle-free experience for all concerned.

Registration Process and Fees
Those who have secured their places are advised to visit the ICTC for their online registration. A nominal service charge of ₦3,000 is applicable for this process. Payment details and further instructions can be accessed directly via the university’s portal at https://aris.uniport.edu.ng/.
It is imperative for students to understand that only those who successfully complete their registration at the ICTC will be allowed to continue with subsequent registration processes. This measure is to maintain the sanctity and order of the university’s admission process.
