NYSC Guidelines for Registration and Accreditation of Cyber Café Operators (CBO) – The National Youth Service Corps has developed “NYSC Cyber Cafe Operators Accreditation” (NYSC). This is to bring sanity to the NYSC online registration process.
Cyber Café Operators (CBO) are critical stakeholders of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), providing numerous online services on the NYSC portal to both prospective and serving Corps Members. Accordingly, the Management of the NYSC is set to commence registration and accreditation of interested CBO to ensure the sanity of activities on the NYSC portal. Below are some of the advantages of successfully registering with NYSC as CBO.
All applications (information and attached papers) are reviewed by NYSC, who then either accepts or disapproves them based on their findings.
CBOs whose applications are approved receive an email with the subject line “Congratulations, your Application is Successful.”
There are then additional directions for the subsequent course of action.
CBO with unsuccessful applications will also receive an email stating the reason for disapproval.

CBO pays the Twenty (N20,000) Naira New Registration Fee via Remita as a newly registered and certified CBO.
Additionally, a “Confirmation of Successful Payment” printout or a copy sent to an email address will be accessible.
Following payment confirmation, CBO receives an email confirmation receipt that includes a link to the NYSC CBO Agreement and further instructions.
CBO download, print, sign and submit the NYSC CBO Agreement (Two copies) at the NYSC State Secretariat where the company resides, while the NYSC State Coordinator signs on behalf of the NYSC.
On notifying the NYSC Directorate Headquarters of the submission of the agreement, CBO receives a Temporary Access Code as well as a link to operate on the NYSC registration portal. The access code will expire after three (3) months, during which Inspection of company premises will be conducted and subsequent issuance of the Certificate.
Afterwards, Permanent Access Code will be issued to enable operation on the NYSC portal for a period of One (1) Year.
